That looks daunting, to be honest. I once had to give injections to one of my cats, it lasted for 5 days only but it was difficult and exhausting for both me and my cat. 
Of course, I would do it if it were for the cats I already have but I'm afraid I wouldn't adopt a diabetic cat. And I'm really sorry about that.
