I love seeing pictures of everyone's kitties, so I thought I'd set up a thread to share cute/funny photos of our fur babies!

And Kevin, our 4 month old determined, mischievous but loving baby boy. We got him at just 9 weeks old when he had chocolate brown tabby markings, but he's now all black.

Yes! Kevin definitely reminds me of Magic, with those 'one size fits all' ears! :D

Both beautiful cats. I'd never be without a black cat, they're so elegant, and their eyes always look so gorgeous! :)

Oh yes I did think that when I saw the thread, at the moment his body is a bit too long for him too! He grows into various body parts and then has spurts in other areas bless him.

I love all cats, and grew up with 2 tuxedos. But with all the press about black cats not being adopted recently we knew that's what we would go for. Kevin was actually born a very dark brown tabby, but he seems to have lost his stripes as he's grown!

Kevin then and now! Bottom one is the first few weeks we had him, top is on Monday recovering from the 'snip' on his radiator bed!

Ooh so cute! Has the kitten got a bandage on in the first picture? Beautiful blue eyes like Kevin had when he was tiny.

The photo of the 2 black cats cuddling looks so much like Molly!

I wish I could get a picture of what I've just seen. I was in the kitchen and heard a pathetic 'eewww' at the window (it's usually open during the day, but very cold here today). I looked out but could not see anything. Then it happened again and this time I just saw a set of very white teeth and a little pink tongue, hovering in the darkness! Talk about black cat in a coal cellar.

Yes! If you look at my avatar you'll see a young Bob before he lost his leg. It was nerve-damaged and we tried all sorts of things to 'fix' it. One idea was a splint. In those days he was known as 'Bendy Bob'.

We think he was born like that. Probably as a result of being squashed up in the womb in a big litter. He had circulation and it grew at the same rate as the rest of him but there was no feeling below his 'wrist'. I've heard, if you catch them early enough, a bit of physio can help so I would sit and massage his little paw and wiggle his toes. But I think it was too late to be of any use - still we both liked it.

He's a brave lad, that Bobby, and a beautiful one. :)

The cat in my avatar is Grumpy Nellie, who hates Daz because he chases her. She's a lady of 13 or so, and doesn't appreciate being chased.

She is lovely, and she's very much Daddy's girl. I love them both dearly, but they're both grumpy gits and were made for each other! :P

This is one of my favourite old pics of her nemesis, Daz (sometimes called Fatboy).

Nellie is gorgeous; that tongue! Molly often falls asleep with her tongue out, it's all I can do not to scoop her up and squidge her! She hates being picked up though, and squeals if we try! She doesn't like being fussed at all unless it's on her terms.

Nellie hates being picked up too, and growls if we try. She also growls if you try to pet her and she's not in the mood. Hence 'Grumpy Nellie'. She loves a fuss on her terms, though, especially if you're on the loo, when she sits next to you on the basin and keeps patting you for attention.

Omg! We've not been to the loo alone since we got her, she jumps up on the side of the bath for a fuss! Kevin's even worse, if you're not careful he curls up in your trousers!

Love all the pics of everyone's cats (and love from my Molly to Molly btw.) I sort of got invaded by gingers though my Mousey is nearly black, and one of these days really will get to grips with posting pics.

Climbing into trousers...my Molly makes love to my old fleece jacket, and I have a lovely vid of Emily exploring the tallboy. ('You've heard of the cat's pyjamas. Well, these are Emily's drawers...')

Not TMI, we've all been there!

I've purposely started leaving old fleeces around the house, they both seem to love it and I regularly look for them and find them curled up on an old jumper. Molly loves our dining room table, she gets very grumpy if there's a lot of stuff on there; how very dare we!

They're completely different personalities, even down to Kevin being a purr machine and Molly barely ever purring.
