Not sure what to do about a cat

There is a young cat living under a van outside our flat. There were 2 but we've not seen the one in about 10 weeks. The one cat left comes from under the van because we fed her a few times. She's been in our flat and the ast time was on Xmas eve for 10 mins but now our flat is full of fleas. I contacted RSPCA but no action was taken. Just wondered if there was someone else I could contact as I feel so sorry for the poor thing full of fleas and being outside in all weathers.

Whereabouts are you? If we knew, I am sure someone on here could give you contact details of animal shelters or your local Cat's Protection.
