anyone used Bitiba?

I think I remember Mark mentioning this online store, and how it seems to be allied to Zooplus, only with a more limited range, but quite a bit cheaper
I'm wondering if the use by dates are shorter, and if Zooplus are using Bitiba to sell stuff they might otherwise have to chuck - does anyone have any evidence to support this?

Bitiba is part of Zooplus, and I placed an order with them last week - late Wednesday evening. It was delivered Saturday, which I thought was good, and the email saying it would come that day did refer to my 'order from Zooplus'. I'd Purina, Whiskas pouches, etc and use by dates are between September and November 2017, so no problem there. I paid just over £39 and the same items from Asda would have cost £61, so I'm very happy.

I think it is just a 'no frills' part of zooplus. No points, free gifts, discounts etc and a limited range available. I tend to order the same things every month and keep meaning to find out how the two compare (bearing in mind I get an automatic 3% off zooplus orders anyway)
Another one worth looking into is Zoofast - not affiliated with Zooplus and based in Poland. A few people on the 'Cheap cat food deals' Facebook group have used them and were impressed. They sell quite a few foods that Zooplus doesn't, such as prescription diets (they even sell 400g bags of Fibre Response, which can't be ordered anywhere else) The food prices are excellent, although litter is expensive.

Thanks - I would save a fair bit on the dry food I usually buy so will give them a go

I see Zoofast now also do an extra 3% off for reorders. Well worth looking into. I will also find out which company does their deliveries. I am spoiled with DPD, knowing exactly when they are going to deliver and even being able to redirect a delivery at the last minute if need be - which I did on Tuesday when I wanted to go out for lunch - I had it delivered to the vets next door (with their consent) although won't have that option much longer as they are moving to larger premises down the road.

i've had a look at the Zoofast site, but they don't seem to list the Purina One Sensitive which I buy, or the Felix AGAIL, and some of their products are much more expensive than in the big supermarkets, so I'll stick with Bitiba or Zooplus.

Same here. I buy Purina One Sensitive from Zooplus. 6kg for £18.99
I stupidly ordered a 3kg bag of Yarrah organic on offer for £15 for Kylie. Should have checked the ingredients as it contains wheat. Also 1.2% phosphorus, which is far too high for an elderly cat. Hopefully the youngsters will like it!
Zoofast do seem to stock quite a few German/Swiss premium brands, so I am going to check things out. Purina One goes down well, but I want to switch them to a higher meat content food without wheat. Purina is just middle quality really.
