Introducing to outside world
Over the last couple of nights I've been letting my cats out, but the neighbours cat is terrorising them, is there anything I can do to help my cats?

It's frustrating when that happens. How old are your cats and how do they get in out at the moment?
I agree with OHWS that keeping them in at night would be the best option. Not only safest for the wildlife but actually safest for the cats as most are killed on roads at night. If you haven't already got one, think about investing in a microchip cat flap which then gives them the option to come and go as they please during the day and then at night you keep them in.
As for the cats being; I suspect it's a case of your neighbours thinking it's their territory that is being invaded by the new comers so they are defending it; after all - they were there first. But still.... not nice for us as cat owners when our cats are being bullied
Do you know who the cats belong to and if they are neutered because that may make a difference as well (and are yours neutered and chipped?)
