Hi everyone...
Im on here with a long story which I will try and keep short!!!
I have horrid neighbours who live in a small flat with 2 dogs and a cat. I became aware last year the cat was rather neglected - not hugely, but rather thin, and generally left out most of the day and night. I took this wee cat under my wing, but became really angry when I say she was left out in below zero termperatures over the winter. I contacted SPCA who made a home visit, however I then experienced aggression and threatening behaviour from my neighbours who assumed it was me. I was really scared and got an alarm system fitted to help reassure. I have offered to buy the cat, but they have ignored me. I groom her and give her **** bits. I assume SPCA saw no problem. I am just caught between a rock and a hard place - she sits at my door all day and is so grateful for any attention. I appreciate this may sound a little lame, and am not quite sure what I am asking.... I guess some advice! It breaks my heart to see her every day, and she just looks really tired all the time. I know there are way worse examples of mistreatment.... anyway, just looking to connect and seek a bit of comfort I guess. Im already dreading the winter months..... Thanks for reading!

Re: Cat dilemma!!
always a difficult one - personally I'd feed her regularly but put a note through her owners' door to say you are doing so, and will stop at once if they ask you to
if there is no response you can move on to letting her inside, as they would surely knock on your door if they are missing her
has she been spayed?
