Meet Freddie and Hana

Well here they are. First night went fine. They have both eaten and used the litter tray OK. Hana is proving to be a Mummy's Girl, much to Bob's annoyance. Freddie is a little pig and has a fondness for shoe laces.
Hana is the wide eyed 'innocent' and Freddie has 'little monkey' written all over him.

But we all know that shoelaces were only put on this earth to entertain kittens. They are definitely going to be a double handful of trouble, and no doubt will be adored for every mischief they get up to.

Both are little terrorists!

There is nowhere in the kitchen they cannot reach now. Hana sleeps on the microwave or fruit bowl. Freddie (who I am pretty sure now is a GIRL!) has a thing for shoelaces and has a new interest - knocking things out off the window sill. It's like having two toddlers in the house, 'come out of there, put that down, don't do that, leave your sister alone, you do NOT bite mummy!'

Happy days!
Reminds me of my first litter of Siamese - when they were around 5-6 weeks their mother and I fell asleep from sheer exhaustion one afternoon and the kittens went and stripped the bedroom wallpaper, returning downstairs with curly chunks of it in their jaws and quarrelling loudly -
Miaooo! That's my mouse!
Nooooo! MY mouse!
Errm ... Frederica?
Love to them both and the rest of the gang too of course!

Newsflash! Just back from our vets Freddie IS a Freddie but it seems Hana is a Harry!

Vet is pretty sure both are boys. It was all so easy with Bob. He was, from the beginning very well endowed in the 'trouser' department
And I really liked the name, Hana. Still they are both very healthy (my bank balance is less so) and have had their first jabs.
Thinking on, Freddie was named after Freddie Mercury. There is a Queen tribute band over here called Flash Harry (they are very good!) So that all works out then?

Some kittens just can be like that. I once had a whole litter the same. I said to some breeder friends, 'those kittens have definitely changed sex!' Well, I knew they hadn't but it felt like it. I got sick of the view of so many little lilac and blue-point backsides!
At least you'll save money on neutering ... defray (pun intended) the cost of ravaged kitchen rolls ...

Well after the visit to the vets, we have decided on Billy (or if it comes to it, Billie!)
Here they are helping mummy with the washing.

Talk about 'eyes in the back of your head'!

OMG
Little devils!
It's like I used to have to tell one of mine, 'No, Molly, this is a dishy-washer - not a Molly washer!'

Wow! I don't think they can get in ours.

But they've been in almost every cupboard - pull one out and the other crawls in!
