Help needed Urgently
Help needed Urgently
I am looking for some help please, I have been made homeless and put into temporary accommodation in a hostel and I have 4 cats but I am not allowed to take them with me.
does anyone know anywhere that can help with fostering them, either separately or together?
I have spoken to RSPCA, Cats Protection, Wood Green and the local Cat Rescue and none of them can help.
Any info advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dani, I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Are you in London?
I believe Evina at Catcuddles Santuary in Greenwich sometimes does fostering:
http://www.catcuddles.org.uk/contact-us" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I'd also recommend posting in this forum as there are a few people who do volunteer fostering:
http://www.petforums.co.uk/cat-rescue-adoption/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Your vet might know of someone trustworthy who could help.

I can't add much too what Marla has said, but if you've not done so already I would try as many rescues in your area as possible. This is the West London list:

I hope you manage to work someting out.

Hi Dani
so sorry to hear of your situation. I have friends in Wisbech, I could ask them if they know anyone who could help. It's not that far from you. Just say the word.
I hope you find a new home for yourself and kitties very soon.

Oooops, sorry - here's the list for Cambs:
http://www.catchat.org/adoption/cambs.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I would still try Catcuddles, though - they do sometimes foster temporarily to raise funds for the rescues. I'm glad you've managed to sort two of them, hope you can for the other two as well.

Just heard from friends. They are in the middle of a family crisis - Brother-in- Law died leaving chaos in his wake. Very sorry can't help.
Wish there was something I could do to help. Let me know how you go on.

Sorry to hear of your situation. Perhaps it might help if you could give a bit more specific information about the cats: neutered/chipped/vaccinated. male/female. Ages. Good with other cats/dogs/children. It all might help persuade someone to help.

Re: Help needed Urgently
Also, date they have to be moved by, how long they are likely to be needing fostered for, are you in a position to contribute towards food/litter/vet bills. Are you looking to rehome them or definitely want them back when you are settled.
