Technically, unless he comes from pedigree parents, he is not a breed. Looking at him I would suspect a mix of something like Norwegian Forest or Maine Coon, or other long hair and a domestic short hair.

How old is he and how big? Norwegian Forest and Maine Coon cats get pretty big quite quickly, so if he is mainly one of those, you will find out fairly soon! He is a handsome chap whatever his origins.
