Joii - opinions please

Hi all,
I've insured our two with Animal Friends and to my absolute delight they've given free access to Joii Pet where by they do an app diagnostic and you can talk to a veterinary nurse over the internet rather than doing a stressful, expensive and possibly unnecessary vets trip. If I haven't got the wrong end of the stick I might be able to get prescription flea stuff too, but I haven't tried this out yet. Obviously this saves animal Friends a packet, but also sends data back to them, so I'm guessing it might count against a claim.
Has anyone used Joii? Is it something reliable? Anything to be wary of?
