It's taken years to get a picture and at last (perhaps her Christmas gift to me?) Molly has allowed me to get a picture of her two back feet.
See the difference in size between the pinky-pads of her left toes and right toes? The left ones are literally half the size, though her actual paw is just the same. Anyone else got such a wonky cat? Everything else about her is symmetrical.

They are definitely different sizes, and I'm now having to go and check all the paws on my cats, or at least the two that will let me check them.
In the end if they don't bother her, I can't see it being anything to worry about, nature isn't perfectly symmetrical most of the time and genes can throw out the oddest things. The problems tend to occur when we humans interfere and start breeding for specific traits.

Oh I'm not worried, for whatever reason from birth they just obviously stopped growing early while the rest of her carried on. She is turning 14 and as far as I know never been an issue. I do find it incredibly cute though, her little deformity, and she has lived indoors all her life, so they are squidgy which adds even more cutieness! Because yes I can poke her paddy-paws now or give them just one or two gentle strokes.
