Help needed to catch & neuter feral cats

Hi, I am new to this site so please bear with me if I make mistakes.
In the area I live we have a large population of feral cats. In the past with the help of cats protection & rspca I have caught few with a trap & they have been neutered & returned.
As a neighbourhood we like these cats feed them have a couple of cat boxes for them to shelter etc. As you you will understand we are are desperate to have them neutered. There is a small female that is continually being abused, who has already had 1 pregnancy but must've either had dead kittens or abandoned them as kittens were never seen. I suspect she is now pregnant again. The tom cats are continually fighting each other & keep having many injuries.
I have contacted RSPCA & cats protection but both are unable to help this year .
Please can anyone help?? I have mobility problems & do not drive so unfortunately all I can do is catch the cats but need someone/ organisation to do the rest.

The cat action Trust deals with feral cats and even if you don't have a local group try searching them and contact the nearest who may offer some advice
