Flying Cats From Non listed Countries

Hey guys I have a few questions to ask so please bare with me. I have two cats that I am going to be flying from Sudan in Africa to the UK. I have already gotten them microchipped, vaccinated and have received their blood test results from a UK approved lab. My question is what is my next step after the three month waiting period? I am aware that I need to get them both an animal health certificate. Does anyone know how much it will cost to fly them and if there are any extra charges? Also, is there any way I can financial help to ship them as right now I only have £600 saved and I have to bring them on October 12th.
