Need living home for elderly kitty

Hello
Im new to this site but it looks very useful!
Anyway, im looking to find someone who is able to give a loving home to a beautiful 15 year old kitty in the Nottingham area. She isn't my cat but she 'belongs' to next door. They have abandoned her. I am feeding her and take her in when weather is unfavourable, but she fights with my cat and ends up having to be kept in one room. Also we are mivingvaway soon and I dont want to leave her homeless.
Please can someone help?
