cats all alone help

my dad was taken in to hospital last week anf looks like hes going to be in for at least 6 weeks he has two cats the one I have been able to take to mine but the other I cannot as she hates dogs so at the moment shes in a house all by herself I have tried to go up to feed her but my dad lives about a mile from my self and I suffer from rhumetoid arthritis so its getting to much to walk up there and back twice a day . I need to get her re homed I rang everywhere and no one can help
