I have recently gotten a job as an adoption supervisor for a cat rescue group. I am looking to update the interview process. Does anyone have a link to a site for ideas? I have been searching and keep coming up with sample application. I am actually looking for question, answer, how to ask more open ended questions etc. Anyone work with a rescue group that can help me?
