100th Cat Chat cat homed

It's very silly, but I got very excited today as I marked another cat as 'homed' and realised that he was the 100th cat homed since the rescue I volunteer for started their Cat Chat homing page in October 2013. It's not a huge number in the great scheme of things, though there will have been cats (and countless kittens) that moved on and never made it onto the homing page, but it's a milestone nevertheless.

They are definitely homing more cats, and those more quickly, since starting the homing page, so a big thank you to Cat Chat!!

I think that's an amazing number of cats - because if you think about it for every 100 rehomed, you freed up space for another 100 (or more)...

As Ria says, one cat homed creates a chance for another cat. Well done! That's 100 happy cats and 100 happy owners! I found both Sammy, and Doris (to join us next week) through Cat Chat, so I can vouch for the happy owners!

That's fantastic, doesn't matter if its 1 cat or 100 cats, they've found homes and that's fabulous!!

Thank you all but it's not just me, there's a whole gang of us volunteering for the rescue! Only six of the cats were under my care, I just do the updates on the homing page!
