Llanelli ..home needed for beautiful friendly stray cat

I have a stray cat who is beautiful and very friendly. She is tortishell. She has been sitting under my front window for a month now. I have been feeding her and made enquiries locally. I put a paper collar on her but this has now gone. She is desperate for a home. I am allegeric so cannot keep her. All the shelters are full. Please help
