Hi
I am wondering what is a busy road in the view of cat rescue organisations when they ask if you are near one on the adoption form. Does it mean basically all roads apart from cul de sacs or rural laneways, or does it refer more to dual carriageways and motorways? I am on a secondary road between two towns in a rural area.
