Temporary Fostering

Post by Janetwanet1 »

Any ideas out there... I have just moved to Norfolk with my three cats and the road beside the house is much busier than when I viewed. I am unable to let my lovely cats out for fear of them being run over.
I plan to relocate somewhere more suitable but it will take a while. Does anyone out there know of anyone who would temporarily foster them for me? They are used to going outside and cry every night to go out. I don't want to confine them in a cattery and am willing to pay ....
Many thanks. J x

Following one of my cats not coming home one evening and returning the next morning having clearly had something happen to him I kept him in all the time for two months. At first he was unimpressed but he soon got used to it. If you are hoping to re-locate in the near future then could you keep your three in rather than try to get them fostered?

It would be a lot less traumatic for them to stay with you but be kept inside, than to be fostered or in a cattery for a long time.
