North Manchester/ Oldham homes needed for kittens

Hi guys
Familiar story here. A cat hoarder who adores his cats has not been able to neuter all the individuals in time before yet another litter of kittens have arrived. I desperately need to re home these new kittens on his behalf before he ends up broke. He just cannot afford to keep them. We have 4 more adults to neuter and then at least the problem should stop growing. So my plea is to anyone in North Manchester/Oldham area who can offer a home or knows of anyone to help house 12 kittens. He will not deal with the RSPCA since they have euthanised two individual cats he handed over in the past. Cats protection league have been great but no room at the inn. So please anyone know of any organisations not on Google etc. Very wary of dog baiting monsters. Thanks
