QUICK HELP !!

Hi my name is Kessi. I'm a 1 year old female cat who's looking for a new home. I'm a placid, friendly cat who likes children and a lot of love.
At the moment I'm a stray cat who get's food from a nice girl everyday. If somebody wants me, she will go with me to the vets to get important vaccinations, de-worming and bring me to you.
Sadly the girl is going back to Germany in 1 month so I need to find a real home quick where I can stay for the rest of my life.
PLEASE HELP ME!
