Hi,
I'm in the process of adopting a cat that has HCM (diagnosed a few years ago and managed with medication). Obviously I know this has costs associated and will not be covered by insurance but I was wondering if it was still worth getting insurance (I've found it a godsend with my other cats!) Does anyone know if other potential health problems/accidents will be complicated by HCM (and therefore not covered by insurance).
Any advice/experiences welcome. I'm obviously planning to chat to my vet about this too.
Thanks, LB

If I were you, I would go with the insurance, well, we can never know what might happen, right?
