Please Rescue

My neighbours have moved (to North Shields) leaving their cat behind. I have been feeding it but conscious the winter and cold nights are here.

I would love to take in the cat however, I already have a dog and a cat and the dog goes crazy just at this sight of him.

The cat is male, about 2yrs old and I think has been neutered (but not sure), what I can I do? I have contacted the RSPCA, Blue Cross and many others but it makes me sad to think of him outside and alone.
