Lets Be S.M.A.R.T cat rescue

Got email today from this US rescue organisation based in New York State that also runs a rescue near Athens and is looking to co-operate with UK and other European rescues to find homes for their cats.
Does anyone have any experience of this or them?
It sounds reputable, although an odd time to contact rescues since, as they admit, they cannot "export" any cats at present due to COVID restrictions.
