Hi all.
Profile picture is Scamp, a tabby and white male house cat, 10 years old, who slipped out near the centre of Wallsend North Tyneside on the Afternoon of Saturday 11th October. He is neutered, short haired, with distinctive fangs and a white splodge of fur on his hind quarters as in picture. He got out once before for a night and travelled from the back of the property to the front. This time its been 5 nights and we are very worried. He is not chipped.

Sorry to hear that scamp is missing. If he's a house cat he's probably bewildered at being outside and is hiding. Try going out in the early hours go the morning with a carrier and a box of tarts to rattle for him. Lost cats tend to hide during the day and come out when it's quiet.
Call him and then listen, just in case you hear him meowing, he may be locked in somewhere.
Another tip to try is to get the fluff out of your Hoover bag and poke it in bushes or the fence surrounding your property. The scent of the inside of your house will travel and if he's close by will draw him to your home.
Also check out the tips for missing cats on here.
Good luck, hope he comes home soon

This morning after 9 nights away I found Scamp in a rear yard only 3 doors away. Slightly thinner, but no worse for wear. So happy. For others with missing cats, don't give up hope, keep looking, keep calling their names.

Gary :D :P
