Grey tabby male lost in Brixton, London

Missing since 30th March: grey tabby, age 5, neutered, white mouth, red collar, ID tag
Address: Sudbourne Road, Brixton
Our cat Oscar has been missing for nearly two weeks and we are desperate to get him home. Although he normally doesn't venture further than the garden he has gone missing on two previous occasions, for 8 and 4 days and returned so we don't want to give up hope.
We think he may have been chased out of his territory by another cat and is lost or stuck somewhere.
Any information or advice much appreciated.
