Missing cat

My name is Malibu,
I am 19 months old, I have been missing since 10/11/2015. From Southcroft, In the Littleover area of Derby.
I am tabby with a white front and white socks, I have a couple of bald patches on my body at the moment (due to fungal).
I am not microchipped and don’t wear a collar, I’m neutered and timid.
Can you please check your house, shed’s and garage’s.
