Hi has any one seen or found a black and white tom cat uneutered with a blue rubber collor on in or around the s9 area hes been missin for about a week na and am realy gettin worried na thx ppl.

What a lovely boy - unfortunately because he's unneutered COMPLETELY at the mercy of his hormones and if he's smelt a female he's most probably gone off to fight for her. He may well come back if he hasn't travelled too far, once she's no longer in heat.
If he does, and I hope he does, PLEASE get him fixed ASAP - it's a small op for a male cat and there will be no more wandering off, getting into fights for females (even the gentlest cat can turn into a devil when mating's the game), unwanted kittens or risk of testicular cancer...
