Lost cat - West Hampstead, London

Harry is a Tabby short haired domestic cat of medium size. He is 2.5 years old, neutered and microchipped. He does not wear a collar.
Although he has outside access it is completely closed in therefore he has never been outside in the 'real' world. I last saw him late evening on
Friday 5 February 2016 at home but since then the front door has been opened twice and the only thing I can think of is that he slipped out on one of the two occasions as I've checked the back yard and there are no holes in the fencing through which he could have escaped. Harry is nervous of unfamiliar people and I'm sure once outside he will have become totally panicked. I've looked everywhere and will keep looking but if anyone in the area spots him please get in touch - thank you.
