Black and white cat. LE10 0BW

My black and white cat, answers to the name Brian has been missing for 3 days. I'm very worried as he never really leaves the house or garden. I'm even more worried as there has been recent incidents of cats being shot with air rifles in my area 
He wears a blue collar that has little white stars on it and he has an identity tag (mine and my husbands name, numbers and address). He is also microchipped.
His body is mainly white/black but his legs are solely white. His tail is black and he has big, beautiful green eyes.
