Missing Black and White Cat - Bradwell Grove, Oxfordshire

Good Afternoon,
My cat Oscar went missing Tuesday 7th April 2020 from the Bradwell Grove area (OX18). He was last seen at about 4pm but didn't come home for dinner at 5pm. He is usually kept in at night but didn't return throughout the evening and has not been back since.
This is very unusual behaviour for him as he normally does not stray far from home and he will come into the house every few hours to check in before heading out.
He is a 1 1/2 year old neutered male; I was told by the previous owner he was microchipped but have devastatingly found out today he isn't. He is black and white with white paws, bib, chest, whiskers and a blaze on his forehead.
