LOL!
I think Sainsburys stereotype everyone.
In an age of single parents and families where partners may not be the biological parents, they assume all their customers are a mummy/daddy unit with two kiddies...all smiling. Everyone is one big happy family with grandma and grandad in the background. Some time ago, if you spent a certain sum you'd be entitled to...free nappies...single people or people without families don't exist.
As for their own brand products which all taste like babyfood...don't get me started lol.
I only use them because I like their ultra-clumping cat litter, which I get delivered.
I find this stereotyping in Pets At Home too, with blown up photos of an angelic kid cuddling the 'family pet'. Very cute but the reality may be very different. Not all animals want to be around a child, however gentle, but how many customers fall for this brainwashing?
However, off-topic here.
Errm, Mark, you could always buy one of those scentless deodorants and nobody would know?
