Found cat

A black and tan tabby cat has turned up very hungry, thin with patchy fur. She (could be a boy - she hasn't let me pick her up) is very thin. she has 2 bells - one of which is pink (hence why I think she is a girl). Her collar has diamantes' but many are now missing. the collar is too big and looks worn. I live in Tyldesley Manchester.
