New cat in the family

Hi guys! I really want to adopt a cat, but I already have on at home. She is a tabby and she is 2 years old. I don't know if she will accept the new cat. Any advice?

It really depends on your cat, some cats are only really happy as 'only cats' and others will accept a playmate more readily. If you do decide to go ahead, it would be best to try to take on a cat that is known to be sociable with other cats, and some rescues will allow a trial period.
