Do these kittens look unhealthy?

Hi there, I was planning to purchase these kittens from a local breeder, but my colleague said they appear to have some form.of eye infection possibly feline herpes virus?
I contacted the breeder asking if they have been vet checked but they said the kittens are too young atm( 5 weeks)

Its not unusual to have a bit of eye gunk at that age, but they aren't too young to have a vet check

Their eyes look nice and clear to me but is that a bit of discharge round their nostrils? Possibly nothing but be careful.
