Pleased the swelling is going down and she seems more like herself.

I adore Daz. Just the fact he knows to go easy with Peaches is sooo lovely. I suspect too that the presents might be for his little friend. It's a good job there's an ocean between us or I'd be on my way over for a big cuddle with your gorgeous boy.

I'll pass a cuddle on for you, I'm always happy for an excuse to give Daz a cuddle! He is such a big, gentle teddy bear of a cat, and he and Peaches have been so very good for each other, right from day one. :)

She's doing great, thanks. A few scabby bits marring her natural beauty, and she's keener on coming in at night, but otherwise she's getting back to her usual self. When I see her playing with Daz, I'll know she's really better! It was a big scare, for both of us, but I can't get over how lucky she's been - you can imagine my thoughts when I first found her, huddled and bleeding, in the garage.

That's great news - poor little baby but it sounds like she's getting her mojo back and if she's keen to come in at night that's all the better :-)

What a star Daz has been. Fusses to them both x

That is good news! I think Peaches and Daz are like my Lou Lou and Edgar who are a perfect match. They would find it hard to be without each other now after 10 weeks friendship.

I'm so pleased your little girl is continuing to pick up and getting back to her normal self. What a relief that must be for you. Hopefully it won't be too long before she starts playing again with Daz. Then you'll feel happier.

Sarah I've just got to say how thrilled I am that Lou Lou and Edgar have become such good friends. And after only ten weeks. That's great news. It's worked out really well for them. Sounds like already they've got a strong bond. How lovely :)

She's still not up to being playful, thanks, but she yawned properly last night. All week she's started to yawn, then stopped as it must have hurt her, but last night I got the full stretch, and got to see all her teeth are intact. :)

I'm sure 'playful' isn't far away.

The pain must have gone now then if she can do a good proper yawn. So glad it gave you a chance to check her teeth at the same time :). She's improving all the time little by little which is such a relief for you I'm sure. Hoping she'll feel up to playing with her best buddy soon.

She's still much the same, thanks - her injuries are getting better, but I think her confidence has taken a bit of a knock and she's much more subdued and spending much less time out.

To be honest, whilst I'm a bit sad to see her like this, half of me is very relieved that she's home more and I'm praying that she's learnt from the experience.

Noodley went missing for a few hours a couple of weeks ago, I think she'd been caught by her collar somewhere, it took about 10 days to get her confidence back and for her to return to her normal patrolling routine.

Fusses to your girl x

I'm glad Officer Noodle is back on patrol! :)

Peaches is brighter now too, she rolled over at my feet for the first time yesterday - it's nice to have her back on cute form! :D
