New Kitten - Po :D

Hi I'm Amira from Malaysia. I have owned 4 cats now. Recently I adopted 1 more kitten, Po.

Po is 3 months old. My friend gave her to me and said she's pure maine coon but i doubt that. I think she's a mix. Can you guys tell me whether she is pure or mix?

By the way she's really like to play and explore every part of the house as she is still a baby. But she really don't like to be hold. It's like she love to explore by herself - wild and free. And she's easily shocked when hear people sneezing, door being shut, etc. She's different from my any other cats, really different. But of course in a good way.

I hope someone can clarify about her to me.

I'm sorry I don't know anything about Maine Coons but whatever she is, she's extremely pretty!

Yeah lots of kittens react to any sudden noise or movement - hence the saying 'jumpy as a kitten' - I reckon it's instinctive, an urge to run for cover in case of danger. My youngest cat is almost 4 and also a bit wild and doesn't like to be held, although she sleeps on my bed, but if I sneeze, she jumps off - I'm always apologising to her lol.

those gorgeous tufted ears suggest something exotic in her mix, and those paws look definitely on the chunky side - if it is Maine Coone then you're going to need bigger hands

Its tummy marking look similar to a Bengal .Could it be part one of those also?, a very big cat if it is crossed

My other cats when they were still young, they're different from Po. They're not jumpy and not easily shocked. I guess it's make Po a little different right? We always feel sorry if any movements from us thats make Po shocks. Lol.

That's what i thought too! maybe she's a mix. but she's really adorable. and quite fierce too.even she's small but she's dare to scold out 1 year old cat (boy) when he's trying to bit her. lol
