CAT FOUND -RSPB Old Moor Barnsley S73. Black & white female

This female cat was approaching people meowing at RSPB Old Moor visitor centre, garden and playground, Barnsley S73 0YF. I first noticed on Friday tea time 17 July, it was still there over 24 hours later doing the same.
Full grown cat, long haired, black with white front feet and white back legs, white chin and chest with white strip down centre of belly.
It is obviously cared for, used to people/children. A vet checked but it's not chipped.
Black fabric collar with red writing had a tarnished metal disc tag with a telephone number. Several attempts have been made to make contact but it goes to a T-Mobile voicemail, a text was sent also.
