Have you had any luck finder the owner for this cat? Have you taken it to a vets to be scanned to see if it is micro-chipped?

One of my cats went missing a few months ago and looked very similar to this one. Could you tell does it have a white tip on its tail? My cat was micro chipped. I know we are a long way from you but we fear he got in a vehicle and so could have ended up anywhere.
