ROWEN, ANNA and more…

Rowen, Anna and more, from Burton Joyce Cat Welfare, Nottingham, homed through Cat ChatRowen (left) had been with us over a year, he was trapped as a nervous stray in an inner city precinct, he was nervous all the time we had him and several times he nearly went to stables. His new owner had seen him a while back and when she realised he was still homeless she took to him despite his flaws. It was worth it, in a matter of a few weeks the nervous semi-feral has turned into a purring, playing boy who loves a fuss. A real achievement and all down to him being seen again and again on our Cat Chat homing page. Beautiful Anna (right) had people queuing up for her after she appeared on our homing page, she has settled well. Holly was unlucky when she came in as she'd been mauled by something and was in a bit of a state. Her luck changed, she recovered well and we put her on our homing page and she went within days. This was especially good news as Holly was an older girl of 9 years. Another older cat, Suzie, was 11 years old and also very unresponsive in the pen. She was with us a while but eventually Cat Chat came through for her and she's once again in a loving home.
