Long-haired young Billy came in as a stray. At first he was a little stand-offish and happy to accept fuss on his terms only; but now, well so much has changed, he has literally cleaned himself up and now looks like a fox with his bushy tail and shiny fur. He has now found his forever humans after being spotted on Cat Chat.
