Archie came from a very spoiled home.  He is a very large male almost like a Maine Coone.  He is very affectionate but on his terms. He will let you stroke him and he will rub his head into you, but when he has had enough he will slap you!!  He needs someone with experience with cats and a firm hand.  He is not a nasty cat, just spoilt!!  I am sure with the right handling he would be a loving companion.  He is living with other cats with us but keeps a wide berth so he can tolerate other cats in the family.
He is extremely heavy but not fat, he is just one of the largest cats we have had into rescue.
