Update July: Because Dude has been so unhappy he has been paired up with Ruby who came from the same property as him, they are looking for a home together.

Dude has come in via an Inspector who was dealing with a property of approx 30 cats. The owner had to go into sheltered accommodation. Unfortunately their owner did not neuter the cats and breeding got out of control. As a result of the lack of one on one attention Dude is very nervous indeed. He spent a few weeks in an emergency pen with one of our committee members due to no space but is now in the cattery. He will need a child free home, an experienced at owner; he is obvously used to being around cats, perhaps that’s what he needs and misses? He needs a home where he can come and go as he pleases, he will take a long time to come around so needs an understanding patient owner. He would even suit being a ‘working’ cat on a small holding or farm. We have no idea if the cats were always kept outdoors or could come and go.  Other cats must be fully vaccinated, neutered and chipped.
