I’m a short-haired adult ginger male, big and chunky. I’d been straying in Louth centre and was at risk of being run over. I’ve just been vet checked and neutered and virus tested  but am not vaccinated and I eat both meat and biscuit.

I was friendly when I was first admitted but then decided that I wasn’t keen on being detained while I look for a new home and had a bit of a sulk for a week or two. I chilled out a bit but am really not happy with too much human attention. I've now been moved to the long-term/permanent resident area and have shown that I'd prefer an outdoor life, possibly as a stable or yard cat with somewhere warm and sheltered for sleeping and attention very much on my terms. I may warm to my carer once I've got to know them well. It’s not known what previous experience I’ve had with children, dogs and other cats but I'm not suitable around children. I’m using my litter tray so it’s assumed I’m house-trained and have been somebody’s pet.
