Sally & Sid were dumped with their mum Sybil on someone's doorstep late one night in November, all pushed together into one cat carrier along with another adult cat.  It must have been traumatic for all of them, though these two responded differently to it.  Little Sally was at the front of the carrier, curious about whatever she could see.  Sid, on the other hand, was hiding so far back in there that we didn't realise we'd got him until hours later.

UPDATE 13 January: Sally and Sid are now reserved for adoption

They're both healthy and playful and enjoy strokes, but Sid is likely to hide for quite a while in his new home before he finds the confidence to come out and make friends.  He's a bit of a mummy's boy if we're honest, but mum is ready to move on and do her own thing.

They're both neutered and microchipped and no health issues found on vet check.  They've started their primary course of vaccinations and will complete these after Christmas, so will be ready to go to their new home in the New Year.

They may have been indoor cats up to this point so may accept an indoor life.  However they may decide they would like to have a safe garden to play in in the future, so we're looking for a home well away from any busy roads.    For safety reasons we strongly recommend that they’re kept indoors during hours of darkness for the whole of their lives, and have an indoor litter tray available for use all all times.

They'd probably be happy in most kinds of family, though with Sid being timid, we think it would be best that they not be in a very lively or noisy home.
