This lovely chap came to us as a stray so we're not sure exactly how old he is but whilst being neutered the vets discovered he needed some teeth removing and based on his overall apparence they have aged him at roughly 10yrs old but obviously if he's been fending for himself for a long time this could make him appear older than he is.
Initially we thought he was feral but it turns out he was just nervous and he is in fact a very affectionate boy and desperately just wants a fuss all the time. He seems to get on fine with other cats but would be best suited to living with other cats who are confidient and won't be pushed around as he appears to like being in charge. He currently lives with a 13yr old lab X and generally gets on ok with him so we feel with careful introductions he'd be fine living with a dog/s. We don't know what he'd be like with children but think he would probably be ok with older children as he can be a little nervous sometimes. So far whilst he likes fuss and attention has doesn't appear to be overly keen on being picked up and isn't much of a lap cat although he will happily sit next to you.
Can you offer this lovely old boy a home to finally call his own?
We feel Charlie would be best suited to a quiet home with people who are at home a lot as he likes company.
