Snow Pedigree Bengal
Kiabindhi Dillon Bear (Dylan)
Colour:           Snow (seal spotted lynx point)
Pattern:          Spotted / Rosetted
Age:               4.5 years (5 in July)
Sex:               Male
He is neutered, vaccinated & microchipped.
Medical conditions: None (No medical issues or recurring health problems)

Any known Behavioural Issues: We have made the very difficult decision to look for another home for our Snow Bengal Dylan. We bought him from the breeder as a kitten, he is neutered In the last 2 years he has become aggressive to our other 2 cats whom he has spent his life with, he is particularly aggressive towards our other older Bengal resulting in vet trips. He is fine with our neighbouring cats & gets on fine with our dog  Due to the fighting, it upsets and stresses all the animals out, occasionally this has resulted in one of them spraying indoors. Dylan is vet checked every 6 months & is up to date on all injections, flea & wormer.

He really is a sweetheart, he just needs no other cats in his space and routine, this little cat will thrive with routine. He does go outdoors, and he loves it, but I know if he had space and company (in the human form) that he would adapt to being indoors with careful help from his new human servant. He loves cuddles, loves being tucked up, he’s a chatty soul and loves to let you know when something isn’t quite to his standards, very affectionate. Can be picky with his food (he is a Bengal after all) He has never been in a cattery, we have always had people look after the cats when we are away. He can use a litter tray & a cat flap but his tray must be super clean!
He’s gorgeous, a little person with a big personality, he needs the right home that will love him unconditionally, and he will give you everything he has to offer.
I am looking for a home with:
NO other cats
NO small children
Someone who can dedicate some time to settle him

He's currently based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Please contact: Debbie Walley ([email protected]) +447876506850 if you are interested in Dylan

We offer a non-profit adoption service run by volunteers, all monies raised goes back into our fantastic Bengal Cat Club (The Bengal Cat Association) and will be used to benefit either Pedigree Bengal Cats in need, our Annual Charity (Saving Wild Cats) or the Club Members). Included in your adoption fee will be 5 weeks of insurance & 1 years BCA Club membership, please ensure you provide your details to the Welfare Team to ensure you get these benefits

The first step is to find a cat that you think could be right for you - It’s important you read the cat’s profile all the way through so you can be sure you’ll be able to support their needs. If everything looks promising, get in touch and arrange for you and your family to meet the cat. If possible, spend a few hours to getting to know them better.

Ask the owner as many questions as you can. Asking the owner lots of questions is great way to find the right pet and make sure you can give them everything they need, too. As soon as the cat is handed over to you, you become their legal owner. You can’t return them to their original home if you change your mind and The Bengal Cat Association isn’t a rescue service so we can’t take them into our care, either.
If you would like to chat to one of our team about a cat that interests you, but you need some advice before going ahead with the rehome please contact us (bcacatclub@hotmail. com) with your phone number and one of the team will ring you.

As such, you should only go through with the adoption if you’re 100% sure it’s right. If the owner agrees, you can ask to visit your potential new pet a couple of times before making a final decision or try video calling each other. Consider asking these questions before you visit the cat to help make sure you've covered the important considerations. Have I seen how the cat behaves around other cats (if applicable)? Have I double checked that the cat would suit my routine at home? Have I physically checked the cat over? Does s/he have any potential health issues that I need to ask about? Ask to see vet records. If I have children have, I seen how the cat interacts with children? Have my children met the cat? Do I have any doubts? If yes, DO NOT TAKE THE CAT HOME on this occasion and plan to visit again,
For most people, giving up a pet for adoption is heart-breaking. Please bear this in mind when you’re chatting to a owner.

Disclaimer:
Rehoming a rescue cat is a serious commitment please give your new cat a reasonable amount of time to settle to its new life. A cat can take 14 days, and sometimes several months to start to bonding with a new owner, sometimes it can be less time, other times longer.
Remember The Bengal Cat Association is a direct rehoming service, not a rescue organisation. We don’t have the facilities or the means to take cats into our care. So, ensure you as the re-homer ask many questions as you feel you need to before re-homing. However, we do offer a post-adoption support service so please contact us (bcacatclub@hotmail. com) immediately if you’re having any issues or you’ve got any questions and we will do our best to help.
