Kipper arrived into our care in October 2022, he was a forgotten boy by his owner, left to fend for himself. He was treated as soon as he arrived and were waiting for his owner to make contact, though we never heard anything. With routine treatment his fur has now grown back and all his wounds have healed. Now he just waits for his new home where he can receive all the love in the world.
