The RSPCA were contacted by the council after Wolfie and Sizzle’s owner was found close to death after suffering for some time alone. There were five cats; most weren’t too bad in terms of their body condition but sadly one had to be put to sleep. We have no doubt they were loved by their dad. We believe Wolfie and Sizzle are brothers and so are to remain together.

Stunning, eye catching and so handsome!
With tales to tell, their stories unfold.
Their whiskers gray, like wisps of smoke,
With a flick of their tails, and a twitch of their ears, They’d share their wisdom, through purrs and tears.
So let us honour these old-time cats,
With laughter and love, where mischief is at. For though they may age, their spirits endure, In the hearts of those who know for sure.

Sizzle and Wolfie may look very similar but they are like chalk and cheese. Sizzle is slightly lighter in colour. They are both shy at first but Sizzle soon shows how much he loves attention. Wolfie still thinks that the world is scary but does come for his food now. They are looking for a quiet, adult only and patient home where they can slowly grow their confidence.

They were already neutered. They have been microchipped and vaccinated. Sizzle is on Thyronorm for hyperthyroidism. They’ve had several health checks and bloods tests. Each needed dentals: Sizzle had four teeth extracted and Wolfie two.
